Innovation was never far from the company’s thinking and in 1962 Richard Pinkham gave customers the opportunity to sew their own gloves. The special offer comprised of a kit of parts and instructions which was sent to customers who had responded to his letter.

.

Included with Richard's letter was an order form and a label which the customer was expected to return as a self addressed label with their completed order form.
