THOSE WHO CHOOSE TO SHARE THEIR WORKING DAY

From the early days of the twentieth century when William and Rebecca Pinkham began to grow their small glove making business and started to employ just a few girls in their home to the hey day of the 1950s when some 1000 people were employed across the company those who worked in the business where seen as vital to its progress.

In the following pages we see some of the loyal folk who devoted their working hours and in some cases their working lives at Witham, County Durham and Dagenham.
